The subtle taste of Sherry from sunny Jerez, combined with delicate but sweeter white wine vinegar. For those who like a less robust alternative to the traditionally more acidic vinegar from Spain. This fully matured, racy Sherry Balsam Vinegar is produced using our unique Balsam vinegar process. The result is rich tasting and has a good depth with a lasting flavour retaining all the flavour notes of a traditional Sherry vinegar, but with a more floral, sweeter taste.
Suggested Uses:
- Excellent for dressings, marinades, glazes, sauces and dips.
- Well suited to grilled fish, chicken and pork.
- Use as the perfect dressing partner with our rich flavoured Walnut Oil.
- Create a marinade for a loin of pork with this vinegar; add fresh sage leaves and our Olive Oil infused with Tuscan Herbs.
